Chris
It’s not been a good year to be Chris Brown so far, your very public relationship has ended for the second time, your biggest rival (Drake) has made it his business to show who is the superior artist (not to mention being seen with the aforementioned former partner) and now your neighbors are threatening legal action.
Chris himself lives in the auspicious part of the Hollywood Hills, however his property over the last several weeks has been vandalized (or enhanced depending on your artistic viewpoint) with huge graffiti murals.
Brown has not taken any responsibility for the graffiti in any way shape or form as far as removing it from his property, however several of his neighbors have considered this nothing more than blight upon the area and have complained to L.A City Councilman Tom LaBonge.
The affair is now being dealt with by L.A City officials who have cited Brown for having “unpermitted and excessive signage on his property thus lowering the value and tome of the area.
Failure on the part of Brown to remove the graffiti will result in a fine and possible court action.
Chris has made no comment nor does he seem bothered by the graffiti, himself an apparent art lover, he seems to like it, nor does he seem especially bothered with keeping his neighbors sweet as there are still several complaints ongoing for loud parties and reckless driving at night.

Lauryn Hill Jailed for Three Months
The U.S Government does not mess about when it comes to Tax Evasion no matter who you are or what the circumstances and seems to make a point of imprisoning their celebrities for said offence.
Joining the ranks of Wesley Snipes and Ja Rule, former Fugees star Lauren Hill has been imprisoned for a term of three months with an additional three months of home confinement for unpaid taxes totaling $1m.
Following on from her recent new music deal, Hill had hoped to avoid incarceration having already paid back a total of $970,000; however there would appear to be no grey area when it comes to tax and the U.S.
Lauryn has said in a statement “I needed to be able to earn so I could pay my taxes, without compromising the health and welfare of my children, and I was being denied that, I was put into a system I didn’t know the nature of. … I’m a child of former slaves. I got into an economic paradigm and had that imposed on me,” Hill has been ordered to report to jail by July 8. Article courtesy Gurdian.co.uk – TMZ.com
