My guests on The Dolor Factor this week are father and daughter Gary and Lola House, from Poole in Dorset. Keen mountain climbers, they completed the Welsh 3000 challenge, climbing 15 mountains within 24 hours! They hiked all 15 mountains in 21 and a half hours, making Lola, who is 10 years old, the youngest person to complete the challenge – an incredible achievement!
Gary and Lola faced some scary moments along the way, including being caught in a storm near the summit of one of the mountains! Lola tells me what inspired her to take on such a challenge and Gary lets me know what he would do differently, if he were to do the challenge again.
