In the Caribbean we love to simply pick our avocado pear, slice it, peel it, and sometimes we like to throw a dash of salt, black pepper, lemon or Olive oil on it! But as we travel we see avocado used in so many different ways especially when making guacamole. We can pick up from our supermarket shelves or we can explore at home. How about this trendy recipe? It takes 10 minutes to prepare and serves 2 cups.
3 medium write avocados peeled and cubed
