For the Classical music lovers among you here are two important dates for your calendar:
1. On Saturday 9th April, British born, Birmingham’s opera singer Abigail Kelly with Jamaican heritage will be singing the Welsh and English national anthems live on BBC 2 TV, 16.30 pm at the Women’s Six Nations Rugby match. Please watch if you can.
2. On Friday 22nd April Abigail Kelly returns to a different section of the Royal Opera House after her debut there on 26th November 2021 in the Linbury Theatre foyer of the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, accompanied by Alice Turner to perform a second FREE lunchtime recital starting at 1.00 pm. So to confirm it will be Friday 22nd April.
