Cacoa Sainte Lucie is a company that produces chocolate bars authentically by partnering with local farmers and handcrafting small batches of Saint Lucia’s premium cocoa beans through a slow roasting and stone grinding process.
It was founded in 2015 by Maria Jackson; a pastry chef who always had a desire to work with chocolate.
Cacoa Sainte Lucie produces 60% and 70% gourmet dark chocolate using only natural, organically-grown Saint Lucian cocoa beans with cocoa butter, sugar and local spices to create their popular flavour variations.
