interCaribbean Airways Announces Schedule Adjustments and Enhancements

Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, August 3, 2020: interCaribbean Airways announces minor adjustments in its launch services in Barbados, Grenada and St. Lucia, beginning on August 4th, 2020.

interCaribbean’s management and staff have been coordinating closely with regional civil aviation and health authorities in adjusting the schedule to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. The new schedule will cater for ample time for connecting services with international carriers; as well as boarding time between flights for customers.

In full consideration and appreciation of our customers’ time and choices, we have proactively reached out to all affected customers in a timely manner, through direct messages, as well as service announcements.

Although a large volume of passengers was not affected by the schedule adjustments, interCaribbean apologizes to all the customers that these changes will affect in the short-term. Customer service and satisfaction are paramount to our operations. In this unpredictable period, as governments and airlift stakeholders attempt to manage the health pandemic, we aim to alleviate any unnecessary anxieties of travellers. We promise to always be forthright in our communications with you, as we truly value your business.
