Community news. Over the past week I have had conversations with several people about various life issues, and somewhere within the conversation, the very words ‘I want to be happy’ have surfaced.
This is a topic that will be in the forefront of many people’s minds, particularly during the beginning of a New Year. The beginning of any New Year is time for change, time for transformation, time for reflection on one’s own life. Where is it going, and how will I get there?
Pharrel Williams released a song just before Christmas called ‘Happy’. This is the hook of the song:

Because I’m happy
Clap along if you know what happiness is to you

Clap along if you feel like that’s what you wanna do
Hence what brought about the following questions about ‘Happiness’:
1. What does happiness mean to you?
2. What are the things that would make you happy?
3. What are your thoughts about this quote I wrote?
Happiness is not just for ‘happy hour’, it is also in the countless minutes living life purposefully. Ensue happiness not pursue it!
