Community news. Whenever you decide that things need to change, you are resuming the LEADERSHIP role of your own life, in deciding precisely what you want, and what you don’t want showing up.  We each have the power to heal ourselves by changing a situation.

Most recently I have seen pictures on the internet, where women and men have lost their own leadership positions, and have allowed others to take over their lives.

Those groups of LEADERS, have manipulated their followers in situations that are advantageous solely to them.  In some cases it is reasonable to say, that they have dehumanised their followers by controlling them in what is openly stage managed.  To the extent of making them believe, that what they are doing is natural, when in fact, it is not, it is managed. Stage managed!

These very groups of Leaders are being allowed by their followers, to lose their dignity, their individuality, the qualities or features that make each one of us uniquely interesting and not ‘dull’.

When you take a LEADERSHIP position in your life, you have the ability to stop a situation, make a decision about whether or not something should happen.

We each have the power to heal and change a situation.
