Caribbean news. The Caribbean Diaspora has long traveled back to their homelands in the Caribbean as a means of keeping family ties strong and supporting the development of the region. However, in recent times such trips have become difficult and in some cases nigh impossible due to the high costs of air tickets.
Facilitators for a Better Jamaica have seen it fit to take it upon themselves to challenges the main perpetrators of the exorbitant airfares to the Caribbean by orchestrating a national campaign to generate sufficient interest to force the insensitive airlines to reconsider their pricing structures.
