Caribbean news. The International Airport Development Company Limited (IADC) is seeking Proposals for the following concessions at the Argyle International Airport, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Food, Beverage, Retail and Duty Free Concessions
OBJECTIVE
The International Airport Development Company Limited (IADC) is hereby inviting Requests for Proposals from suitably qualified firms with demonstrable experiences that are interested in managing and providing Food, Beverage, Retail and Duty Free Concessions at the Argyle International Airport (AIA).

Upon receipt of the sum of a non-refundable Proposal Fee of One hundred United States dollars (USD100.00) or Two Hundred and Seventy Eastern Caribbean Dollars (ECD270.00), the proposal document detailing how proposals should be submitted can be obtained from either of two sources:
(1) At the Office of the IADC in Argyle, St Vincent (A copy of the receipt must be submitted with the Proposal), or
(2) Electronic version following confirmed wire transfer to the following account:

Proposers are advised that a Pre – Proposal Conference and site visit are scheduled for Proposers on 20th April, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Boardroom, IADC Office, Argyle, St. Vincent. Proposers are strongly encouraged to attend. This meeting and site visit would allow Proposers to acquaint themselves with the terminal building and to get background information on the Argyle Airport project. Proposers are responsible for making their own arrangements to attend this meeting and site visit.

IADC does not bind itself to accept the highest or any other Proposal and also reserves the right to cancel this RFP. IADC will not be responsible for defraying any cost incurred by any Proposer during the preparation and/or submission of their Proposal.
