CASTRIES, SAINT LUCIA, October 18, 2017 – The dining experience on Saint Lucia is to be greatly enhanced when the latest addition upscale restaurant lounge, The Mangrove, located in the stunningly beautiful Marigot Bay on Saint Lucia’s northwest coast, opens its doors to the public.

Come Saturday October 21st, 2017 a select grouping of who’s who on Saint Lucia will literally be the first to taste and get the chance to experience the exciting and yet tranquil setting of this new home-grown establishment, guaranteed to quickly becoming the hottest in-spot for excellent dining on the island.

Nestled within the heart of the famed Marigot mangroves, the restaurant’s appealing ambience comes from incorporating its lush rustic and natural surroundings with a high level of modern sophistication, design to wow the most deserting palates with competitively priced, mouth watering gourmet menu offers and an upscale bar.

The establishment is however more than just a restaurant lounge doubling as an entertainment ground. The indoor soft sophistication that features fine dining is matched by an outdoor playful side that fosters excitement and soft adventure, boasting multiple pools, entertainment stage, signature stone pizza oven and chic bar.

As a visitor attraction, The Mangrove Lounge and Entertainment Ground’s facilitate fun-filled tours during the day from various hotels and other tourist oriented enterprises and offers a warm and intimate setting on evenings. “This is the only indoor/outdoor venue that offers this type of sophistication coupled with a healthy dose of playfulness at the same time, says Managing Director Terrence St. Rose.

Fuelled by premium brand Heineken, the venue boasts a VIP Green room which can be customized to clients’ needs.

The Mangrove Lounge and Entertainment Ground’s project dovetails nicely with government’s concept of village tourism and has already provides much economic stimulus for the area during its construction/set-up phase. In addition, some twenty-two (22) people from the Marigot and surrounding communities have been trained and are now employed with the establishment.
