In an effort to raise more awareness of the seriousness of asthma The King’s Room have put on this special ticket only event for theatre and show lovers. The event entitled Mad with food and Fun, Mad being an acronym for Making A Difference is intended to be lots of laughs supported by great Caribbean cuisine.
|Victor started his stand-up career in 1999 and hasn’t looked back since, becoming a regular in the circuit’s top venues such as The Comedy Store, Jongleurs, Comedy Café, Up The Creek and the Hackney Empire.
His comedy has seen him perform in New York, all over the UK and reach the finals of some of the UK’s best known comedy competitions. He has also featured as a writer on the BBC’s Gina Yashere Show and the Angie Le Mars sketch show ‘Big Sister’.
He is the creator, writer and director of the highly successful Hackney Empire The United Colours of Comedy, which is now being developed by the BBC New Comedy Unit.

ECHO is a 7/8 piece band who play soul and Motown which has been given an Eternal Edge. ECHO’s 1st album ‘Bought Not Souled’, has sold well and tracks from it have been played on many radio stations up and down the country including BBC Radio 2 and bought by people from a wide range of backgrounds and religious standings.
ECHO’s second album again includes some well-known classics given ECHO’s Eternal Edge treatment. The songs were arranged by Richard Cottle, who arranges for the RPO among many others including tv shows etc., and brass arranged by Andrew Linham one of the best saxophonists in the business. An exciting album full of creativity yet you can’t help but sing along!
