Resources to Support Implementation of your Reopening Plans
The Caribbean Tourism COVID-19 Task Force has launched health and safety guidelines for companies and destinations to guide the reopening of the tourism industry in the region to help safeguard the health of travelers and employees.
The guidelines – inclusive of detailed checklists to facilitate your implementation – address the core protocols required within four key tourism sub-sectors:
Please share with your colleagues and partners!
To support these guidelines, the Caribbean Tourism Health Safety Training Series was rolled out to provide training for critical points on the continuum of the traveler’s experience at the destination. We encourage CHTA Members and welcome Non-Members to register for the Trainings!
NOTE: Hotels which participate in the Accommodations, F&B, and Tourism Health Safety 101 sessions and register to be part of the confidential online Tourism Health Information System (THiS) are eligible to receive the Caribbean Travel Health Assurance Stamp from the Caribbean Public Health Agency, endorsed by CHTA. This unique industry and health agency backed stamp provides added assurances to potential guests about your hotel’s commitment to their health safety.
