A man of Spanish heritage was arrested on Wednesday for ill treatment.
According to reliable reports, the man went to a Beauty Parlor located on Front Street during the afternoon on Wednesday where he committed a ghastly act, he ill treated his pregnant wife.
The reliable source also told stated that after the incident, the woman had to be transported to the St.Maarten Medical Center (SMMC) by ambulance.
Shortly after the ill treatment the perpetrator was arrested and taken to the Philipsburg police station where an investigation is said to have been launched.
