Londoner, Dean Williams is aiming to inspire young entrepreneurs with the launch of his new book and a new academy. The former RBS banker is the co-author of the guidebook, The
Not contented with publishing his first book alone, Dean is launching an academy for entrepreneurs in May 2016. Exclusive Visions Entrepreneurial Academy will cater for entrepreneurs who have been running their businesses between one to five years.
Having gone through challenges as a child from being diagnosed as dyslexic and registered partially blind, Dean was told the best he could be, was a grocery worker. Finishing GCSEs with 8 D’s was the wake-up call he needed to turn his life around.
Dean realised he needed to make a drastic change. He rose through these challenges to become a Regional manager with Royal Bank of Scotland, making history by becoming the first person promoted to that position within three years.
“I knew I could be so much more than a grocery worker,” said Dean. “I fought every step of the way with strong will and determination,” he continued.
After embarking on a journey of self-discovery, Dean says, “he found a new purpose to serve, inspire and empower people to succeed. This sense of purpose is what drove me to set up an academy and co-publish my first book – The Path to Financial Peace”.
Author of How to be a Student Entrepreneur, Junior Ogunyemi describes Dean’s book as, “A dream come true and a breath of fresh air for anyone who desires to acquire wealth”.
Given some of the challenges facing young people, Dean is hoping that more of them will come to the realisation, that they can do something lucrative with their time and lives. He hopes that his life story will be the trigger of inspiration for anyone looking to make a difference and break away from a life of crime.
