Caribbean news. DUANVALE, Trelawny –The Trelawny police have taken a 42-year-old man into custody in connection with the death of his brother who was killed during a domestic dispute at their Duanvale home in the parish yesterday morning.
The deceased has been identified as 44-year-old farmer, Lincoln Barrett, also called ‘Big Yellow’ or ‘Silly’.
According to family members, about 10:30 am, the two brothers were involved in a heated argument over a bicycle, it escalated into a fight, during which a machete was brought into play.
The elder brother died as a result of multiple chop wounds he received to his neck and face.
