Like most countries of the developed world Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean is dealing with the growing phenomenon of citizens who are vaccinated and those who are not and what rights vaccinated have over the unvaccinated. The Trinidadian prime minister is reported to have said the unvaccinated in the country are putting the vaccinated at risk. Is there a basis for this assertion?
