Archway Guesthouse B&B the leading Caribbean B&B based in the heart of the Lake District now a World Heritage Site confirms that their is a growing appetite for Caribbean food by East Asians, based on a survey done with over 1000 visitors mainly from Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong and China.
Proprietor Denis St Bernard said, ‘although we have over 45 different nationalities from all over the world coming through the B&B on an annual basis these nationalities make up just over 60% of the total and as a result has now constituted a sort of niche for us.
