DUKA Mas Domnik U.K. Carnival Band received an award from the Government of Dominica recently. The Hon. Cozier Fredericks, Minister of the Environment, Rural Modernisation, and Kalinago Upliftment attending COP26 made the presentation to Vincent John, DUKA Chairman at the Dominica High Commission, London hosted by HE a Janet Charles, High Commissioner.
