JOB SUMMARY: Give strategic oversight and direction to the provision of professional, comprehensive and fully integrated human resource services to the management and staff of GIDC to ensure that the organization is able to attract, retain, motivate and develop the human capital required to achieve its vision and goals
Experience: – At least eight (8) years’ experience in a HR management position
Location: – Grenada
Education: – Post graduate degree in HR Management or related field is required
– Training in General Business Management, Project Management or related field will be an asset
Other: – Competence in a range of computer-based productivity tools including HR
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Technical expertise to apply the principles and practices of human resource management and development to contribute to the success of GIDC
Relationship management to manage interactions with BOD, CEO and between others across all functional areas
Leadership to direct initiatives and processes within the organization with agility and to gain buy-in from all stakeholders
Consultation to provide direct guidance to stakeholders (e.g., employees and leaders) seeking expert advice on a variety of situations or circumstances
Communication skills to effectively exchange and create a free flow of information with and among various functional areas at all levels of the corporation to produce impactful outcomes
