Marine police inquiries indicate that the collision occurred in Road Harbour as Titley, the sole occupant of a 17’ Boston Whaler, was travelling into Baughers Bay and Stevens, the captain of 37’ charter boat, was taking passengers to the Cruise Pier Tender Dock.

The deceased was thrown into the water as a result of the impact but was rescued while still conscious. However, on his transport to the Tender Dock he lost consciousness. Efforts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful. Article courtesy http://www.bvihotpress.com/
