Blue Plaque Unveiling Ceremony For Marie-Louise Christophe

All are invited to celebrate and commemorate Marie-Louise Christophe, first and last Queen of Haiti, who lived in Britain from 1821-1824 at an unveiling ceremony on Monday 7th February 2022.  Together with the Haitian Chamber of Commerce, Dr Nicole Willson, based at the Institute for Black Atlantic Research, will be collaborating with Nubian Jak Community Trust in an important heritage project to celebrate Marie-Louise Christophe’s presence in Britain.
