Beenie Man and Bounty Killer clash on Instagram

Beenie Man and Bounty Killer created history almost 3 weeks ago when they agreed to clash each other live on Instagram via the Verzuz platform.  Never in the lifetime of Verzuz had 500K people tune in to see two artists musically battle each other, and never had two artists done a battle together in the same venue.  Beenie Man and Bounty Killer did that.

Beenie and Bounty have a rich history of classic recordings and the VP Records vault has been opened so you too can have a copy of these recordings.

Beenie’s album ‘Best of Beenie Man’ holds so many chunes for the Ladies!  “Let Him Go,” “Romie” and “Girls Dem Sugar” are so popular, the intro to the songs have fans singing before the artist can start.  Though Beenie’s ‘best of’ is for the Ladies, he reminds sound men that he has a war catalog by including the song “Murderer” featuring Barrington Levy.

Bounty’s album ‘The Warlord Scrolls’ is 100% about war which many soundmen and sound women used to ensure their dub-box was / is filled with ammunition for a Sound Clash.  Classics such as “Spy Fih Die,” “Statement,” “If a War” and “Dead This Time” provided Dancehall memories in Brooklyn, Toronto and London that will never be forgotten.

We’ve gone into the music vault to bring out both albums so you are able to reload your musical collection.  Two preview songs are included in this promo email, and both albums are available by clicking on the individual dropbox download links.

As always, if there’s anything you need that is not here, hit reply and mek mih know wha gwaan natasha.voncastle@vprecords.com.  You can socialize with VP Records on Instagram @vprecords or with me @thesonicexecutive
