Close your eyes and picture yourself standing in the midst of nature, surrounded by lush vegetation, pristine rivers and the most glistening waterfalls cascading down into natural pools. A place where nature remains unspoilt and untouched and a thriving population of exotic flora and fauna flourishes.

If you can imagine such a place, then you can also experience it, so open up your eyes and stop dreaming, the breathtakingly beautiful world of Y.S Falls awaits you!

Located in the parish of Saint Elisabeth on Jamaica’s South Coast, world famous YS Falls is a nature lovers paradise.  This sprawling property sits on over 2000 acres of open land, still kept for its primary resources and natural beauty.

Wherever you are on the island, a visit to this secluded paradise should certainly be at the top of your agenda. As true to its celebrated reputation, the YS Falls experience will create memories that you will want to treasure for a lifetime.  So, hoist you fun flags high and treat yourself to a day of total enjoyment accompanied by wholesome rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit. Treat yourself to YS Falls!

An exciting selection of fun activities are offered daily catering to both adults and children alike.  If the thrill of an adrenalin rush is what you seek, YS Falls will satisfy that desire in several pleasurable ways. One such way is river tubing. This exciting journey takes you down the path of the river passing an abundance of fruit trees and herds of grazing cattle along the way. Your journey culminates at the water falls where you can continue your enjoyment by climbing up to the top of the falls and jumping back off into the natural pools below.

If travelling to the waterfalls by river does not fit your schedule, you will find a jitney ride to be equally safe and also exhilarating.  Jitney rides offer the unique opportunity to venture further away out into the estate; where you will be treated to a more comprehensive view of the landscape occupying the surrounding country side.  The many horses kept on the estate are also delightful to look at as you journey along.

If these activities do not get your adrenalin pumping, then canopying is sure to launch your rocket.  Done from 40 feet in the air, you will be taken on an exhilarating ride gliding through the atmosphere, flying over trees and waterfalls as you go.  If you have never tried canopying before, you need not be worried as personalized guides are always on hand to offer training and support.  Training is still provided even if you are an experienced participant.

If you prefer a more relaxed setting then you can have that too.  The main natural pool is ideal for swimming or floating.  The best part is this pool is shallow and so is also well suited and adapted for children, swimmers and non-swimmers alike.   A large play ground area is also available for kids, who must pass up on canopying and other adult themed activities.

A nature walk around the estate will not disappoint you either. Experience the simple joys of watching birds feed from their feeding tubes provided or butterflies flying about competing for the nectars. These simple pleasures are worth sharing so take some pictures, to show your friends and family too.

Time flies when you’re having fun and the stomach also murmurs for a refill.  You need not despair when this happens as a delightful little open air restaurant and bar are on property to stimulate your taste buds whilst soothing your hunger pains and quenching your thirst.

Right next door to the restaurant is the YS Gift Shop where you will find a wide selection of unique hand crafted Jamaican items.   Because these items are also reasonably priced, you can take home your favourite pieces at the end of the day also.

Undeniable, the YS Falls experience rivals all others in St. Elizabeth and perhaps even the island!  So mark a date on your calendar and treat yourself, your world of enjoyments awaits you!
