White former cop confesses injustice against Blacks

African Americans, many of whom are descendants of Caribbean parents have been subject to social injustices expressed in several different forms for many years in spite of many laws prohibiting discrimination. The police have long been accused of being the perpetrators of mistreatment of minority groups with the main offence being brutality against Black people.
