The long awaited 8th annual Screen Nation Awards took place last Sunday 17th February 2013. Staged at the plush Park Plaza Hotel in London the event which should have been staged back in November 2012, beset by several challenges that caused the untimely cancellation, took place with less than the expected pizazz.
The expectation of many guests looking forward to witnessing international stars strutting their stuff and posing to a battery of photographers, was dashed.
Arguably the biggest celebrity in the house was Joseph Marcell (who played Geoffrey Barbara), the famed butler in the popular SITCOM Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
Mr Marcell was literally hounded by many guests who grew up on regular doses of the show Fresh Prince which made actor Will Smith a global acting icon.
