Caribbean news. Horace Phillips, who has led the marketing initiative this year, was reportedly found with his throat slit, in a house near his home in Marley Mount, Old Harbour St Catherine.
His car was also found near the scene. Phillips went missing on Sunday night. His colleagues and relatives realised something was amiss after several calls to his cellular phone went unanswered. “I have been calling him since Sunday night and to no avail, but I knew something was wrong after 15 calls to his phone were not answered,” said one of his colleagues.
