I kind of don’t like the sexy ways in which some women dress these days. It always seems like there are blouses with some sort of little straps with boobs almost dropping out. My girlfriend is of Caribbean origin and she upset me last week by telling me that she wants one of those tops to wear. She seems to want to follow the fashion of the UK and even the US. How is it that some women want us men to keep our eyes only on our girlfriends? I am in trouble with my girlfriend right now. I simply refused to give her any money to buy such a flimsy thing. I prefer to watch the girls on the streets than to allow my special woman to be one of those girls who other men are looking at and she said that I am no man at all!

Glad that you wrote to me. There is hope for you yet. It is true that fashion has changed over the years. Fashion for both genders change also according to geography. May I remind you that a blouse is completely different from a flimsy top. There is such a thing as trends in fashion. For instance, a blouse is supposed to be a woman’s upper garment that resembles a shirt generally with a collar, sleeves and buttons. So what do you expect? Flimsy as you call it, may be the “new trend” in one part of the world as opposed to the other. The weather in some countries may allow or not allow for these strapless, flimsy tops. What’s your problem man? Have a conversation with your woman. Are you withholding money from your woman so that she is unable to buy a flimsy top as you say? You sound as if you are one of these cheap men out there. We will have none of that!
Oh! Another thing! So you want to watch the women on the streets with “boobs almost dropping out” as you say. I see. Did you take your girlfriend from the Caribbean with you to where you are, or are you trying to dress her up and hide her from the rest of the world? I am trying not to be judgmental here but grow up man! Talk to her about balance in dressing. So, yes, if you are satisfied with your woman, “boobs watching” should not be your new job. Your eyes are “too long” as they say in the Caribbean!
