Unless you’re actually part of an experience, it is impossible to feel exactly what those who experienced it did. Out of this disaster, I felt warmth that togetherness in education provided a positive story.

In total, 56 out of 60 students made it to the exam on 14 June. They were “shellshocked”, says David Benson, headteacher of Kensington Aldridge Academy, and some in borrowed clothes but they still came. (AS maths exam)
