Week 5 In home therapy.
Before we start, a few words of encouragement.

Week 1. 10 Minute warm up and coordination.
Week 2. 10 Minute coordination and flexion.
Week 3. 10 Minute strength and endurance.
Week 4. 10 Minute Isometric & Core.
Week 5. 10 Minute Cardio Enhancement.
Today we are gonna start with just running on the spot with side to side weight transference, then we will use the whole body to improve physical strength, stamina and mental strength and endurance.
Now start by walking on the spot, try to lift the opposite arm and legs together (left leg and right arm & vice versa).
DECARLOGY
Now we add on, move to the left and count 20 movements then move to the right and do the same, try to time yourself over a 1minute period, rest for 30seconds then proceed to 1min 30sec, till you reach the 2 min mark. Try to
do a least 5-10 minutes so that you will improve your cardio vascular stamina.
Now lay flat on the floor as quickly as you can, making sure that your chin, chest and knees are on the floor, then get up as quickly as you can.
In this exercise you will improve full body strength, cardio vascular improvement and natural speed. please try and do as much as you can and note it down so you can keep a record of what you are capable of doing, this way you see where you are improving.
